These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the NHCS website and platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License to Use

NHCS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your authorized business purposes, subject to your subscription agreement and these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and state privacy laws. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the NHCS platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by NHCS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscription and Payment

Access to the NHCS platform requires an active subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment schedules are defined in your subscription agreement.

Data and Confidentiality

You retain all rights to data you enter into the platform. NHCS acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA and processes PHI in accordance with our Business Associate Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NHCS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a period defined in your agreement and then permanently deleted.
